Almost every piece of ASICS clothing you will see on this site carries the word "Core". It is not a marketing flourish, it is a range name. Core is the everyday line: the plain, logo led pieces built to be worn together in the gym, on the road, or just around town. That is why a Core T-Shirt, a Core Woven short and a Core Woven pant all read as the same family even when you buy them separately, months apart.
Names follow a simple pattern: colourway, then range, then piece. "Steel Grey Core Woven Pant" is the Steel Grey colour, from the Core range, in the woven pant cut. Once you see that, the whole catalogue becomes much easier to navigate.
The exceptions are worth knowing. "Road" pieces, like the Foggy Teal Road T-Shirt, are the running led side of the range and sit at a higher price.
