Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Once a return is initiated, the parcel must be sent back within 7 business days

Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging

Please include a note with your order number inside the parcel

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Original delivery charges are non-refundable

How to Return

Start your return or exchange via the returns portal

Package your item securely and include your order number

Send the parcel back within 7 business days of initiating the return

Refunds  Exchanges

Once received, your item will be inspected against our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchange requests will be processed at the same time.

If an item fails inspection, you will be notified. The item can be returned to you at your cost.
