At Tempo Clothing UK, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once you initiate a return, you have 7 business days to send the parcel back to us.

Products must be in the same condition as received – brand new, unworn, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Please include a note with your order number and return address inside the parcel to help speed up processing.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Delivery charges from your original order are non-refundable.
Process

Register your return or exchange via the Self-Serve Portal.

Package your item securely, including your order note.

Send your parcel back to us within 7 business days using the instructions provided.
Inspection & Approval

Once received, our returns team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.

If approved, we will process your refund (to the original payment method) or your exchange request.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the return fails inspection, we will notify you. The item can be sent back to you, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
