How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked services. Standard Delivery (£3.99 or free over £75) usually arrives in 2–4 working days after dispatch, while Premium Delivery (£4.99) arrives in 1–2 working days if you order by 2pm (Mon–Fri). You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or Royal Mail network delays.
How do I return my order?
Quick and easy returns are available for products up to 14 days after purchase. Please see our Returns portal here to start your return.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. Once processed, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I change or cancel my order?
